As a hobbyist, my time available for painting varies quite a lot, but in the last week or so I have been working a bit again (while waiting for my wife to go into labour ;-) ) This image is the only one i spent a little time on - and while it could do with a lot more detailing to be called "finished" it was mostly a study in working with tones of one colour only and varying the transparency and brush modes more.
